Gift Card Terms
The terms that apply to Avelyn digital gift cards — how to redeem them, how the balance works, and what happens if you change your mind.
Redeeming your gift card
Avelyn gift cards are delivered digitally by email. Each card carries a unique 16-character code which can be entered at checkout to apply its balance toward your order.
The balance is treated as a payment method, applied after taxes and shipping. Any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.
Never expires
Avelyn gift cards never expire. Your balance is held indefinitely and is yours to use whenever the moment is right.
Stacking with promo codes
Gift cards can be combined with promo codes on the same order. The promo code applies as a discount on the subtotal first, and the gift card applies as payment last.
Refunds
You may request a full refund of an unredeemed gift card within 24 hours of purchase. Once any portion of the balance has been used, the card is no longer refundable.

Lost codes
If you can't find your code, sign in to your account and visit Gift Cards under your profile, or contact our team and we'll re-send the original delivery email.
