Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Final sale items, gift cards, customized products, and worn or damaged items cannot be returned or refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or exchange if eligible.

Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side or a defective product.

Because every piece is made to order, cancellation is only possible before production begins. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement directly from your account. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled — but you may still request a return after delivery in accordance with this policy.

To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
