Return & Refund Policy

At Avelyn Wear, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

Items marked Final Sale
Gift cards
Worn, washed, altered, or damaged merchandise
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact Avelyn Wear Customer Support with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please do not send a return without first receiving return instructions from us.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Avelyn Wear is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the item and your order number.

If the issue is confirmed, Avelyn Wear will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us to determine whether an exchange is available. Exchange availability depends on current inventory.
